21. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4394 FOR CITYWIDE CUSTODIAL SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4394 between the City of Montebello and Lincoln Training Center for a three (3) year period, with two, one-year extension options for citywide custodial services for a not-to-exceed amount of $620,551 (year one), $827,402 (year two), $827,402 (year three); and 2. Approve by a four-fifths vote of the City Council award of Professional Services Agreement No. 4394 under the authority of Montebello Municipal Code Chapter 3.20.050(D) - Conformance with bidding procedures; and 3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget by increasing appropriations by $150,000 in Account No. 10030-510-6040.35 (General Fund, Public Works, Government Building Maintenance, Contract ServicesCustodial Services); $50,000 in Account No. 600-90-900-6040.35 (Transit, Transportation, Transit Administration, Contract Services-Custodial Services);$1,000 in Account No. 600-90-911-6040.35 (Transit. Transportation, Metrolink Station, Contract Services-Custodial Services); and $5,000 in Account No. 610-99-6040.35 (Golf, Non-Departmental, Contract Service-Custodial Services); and 4. Authorize the City Manager to execute Professional Services Agreement No. 4394 on behalf of the City; and 5. Authorize the City Manager to notify Verde Facilities Services that Professional Services Agreement No. 4245 will be terminated as of September 30, 2025; and 6. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
