9.G. Authorize the City Manager to Amend Agreement 1868-A with Fiesta Taxi Cooperative, Inc. to provide Dial-A-Ride Supplemental Service It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to amend agreement 1868-A for a three-year term with an option to extend for an additional two years in the amount not to exceed $225,000 total, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Fiesta Taxi Cooperative, Inc. to provide Dial-A-Ride Supplement Service. 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
