CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PARKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN HAPPY COFFEE CLUB AND THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-181, which will approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-59, by and between the City of San Clemente and Happy Coffee Club, for a parking agreement, included as Exhibit A to proposed Resolution 25-181 for an initial annual license fee of $2,160 for the initial term of five years with one five-year option exercisable in the City Manager’s discretion.
