6. Forward recommendation to the City Council for Consensus and Final Action. 6. Authorization to Amend Property & Evidence Bureau Backlog Services from Retired Annuitant Agreement to a Professional Services Agreement It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Evdence Solutions LLC for Property and Evidence Bureau backlog remediation services in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 2. Authorize the Director of Finance to redirect the remaining balance of $146,340.00 from the previously approved Measure BP appropriation to fund the Professional Services Agreement with Evdence Solutions LLC, and make any necessary budget adjustments.
