13. CONSIDERATION OF AN AWARD OF A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO TAYLOR TENNIS COURTS INC. IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $93,284 FOR THE RESURFACING OF TENNIS COURTS AT GARFIELD PARK AND TENNIS/PICKLEBALL COURTS AT ORANGE GROVE PARK Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Award a construction contract to Taylor Tennis Courts Inc. to resurface two existing tennis courts at Garfield Park and two existing tennis/pickleball courts at Orange Grove Park in an amount not to exceed $93,284, consisting of the base bid of $77,736 and a 20% contingency of $15,548; and b. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement in the form approved by the City Attorney and any related documents.
