11. Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement with Terra Realty Advisors, Inc. to provide Real Estate Services Related to Outdoor Advertising It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Terra Realty Advisors, Inc. for a term ending June 30, 2029, with an option to extend for an additional year, in an amount not-to-exceed $50,000; and 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Professional Services Agreement with Terra Realty Advisors, Inc.
