(2) 14-1174-S40 CD 13 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND JOBS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to amending the Economic and Workforce Development Department report dated May 22, 2025, included as an attachment to the CRA/LA Bond Oversight Committee report dated May 28, 2025, to reflect the Community Investment Department taking the CRA/LA Excess Non-Housing Bond Proceeds project monitoring role for the Hollywood Walk of Fame Public Amenities Project. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Soto- Martinez - Hernandez): AMEND the Economic and Workforce Development Department report dated May 28, 2025, attached to Council file No. 14-1174-S40, by removing strikethrough texts and adding underlined texts as detailed in the Motion (Soto-Martinez - Hernandez) dated September 1, 2026, attached to said Council file, and where else needed to reflect the Community Investment Department taking the CRA/LA Excess Non-Housing Bond Proceeds project monitoring role for the Hollywood Walk of Fame Public Amenities Project. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
