9. Approval of Citywide Freeway Maintenance Agreement with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Recommendation: 1. Approve the Freeway Maintenance Agreement between the City of Calabasas and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans); and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
