4.6. FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH HARTZOG & CRABILL, INC. FOR ON-CALL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL OPERATIONS Recommended Action: 1. Approve a first amendment to the agreement with Hartzog & Crabill, Inc. (HCI) to perform traffic engineering services for traffic signal operations that increases the total compensation under the agreement by $30,000 for a total compensation amount of $105,000; and 2.
