3-C. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT/ADVISORY SERVICES BY CHANDLER ASSET MANAGEMENT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Chandler Asset Management to provide investment management/advisory services for a portion of the City’s idle funds in compliance with the City’s investment policy, prioritizing safety of principal, liquidity and return; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
