14. APPROVE ISSUING A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR AN ART ADVISORY CONSULTANT TO SUPPORT AND FACILITATE THE ART IN PUBLIC PLACES PROGRAM AND PERFORM ADDITIONAL RELATED AS- NEEDED SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for an Art Advisory Consultant to Support and Facilitate the Art in Public Places Program and Perform Related As-Needed Services; and, 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
