3-J. AUTHORIZE THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CARNIVAL MIDWAY ATTRACTIONS TO PROVIDE AMUSEMENT RIDES, GAMES, AND CONCESSIONS AT THE ANNUAL HAPPY BIRTHDAY MONTEREY PARK, PLAY DAYS CARNIVAL It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the Interim City Manager, or designee, to execute a license agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney with Carnival Midway Attractions to provide amusement rides, games, and concessions at the annual Happy Birthday Monterey Park, Play Days Carnival; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
