24. APPROVE UTILIZING SERVPRO GLOBAL DISASTER RECOVERY TEAM TO PROVIDE ON-CALL EMERGENCY CLEAN-UP SERVICES ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve utilizing SERVPRO Global Disaster Recovery Team to provide on-call emergency clean-up and related services on an as-needed basis; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Professional Services Agreement No. 4207 with SERVPRO Global Disaster Recovery Team; and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
