35. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4213 WITH THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA ON BEHALF OF THE UCLA CENTER FOR PREHOSPITAL CARE FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES EDUCATION AND TRAINING RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4213 with the Regents of the University of California on Behalf of the UCLA Center for Prehospital Care Educational and Training Services; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City: and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
