4) CONSIDERATION OF AUTHORIZATION TO REALLOCATE AND OBLIGATE CORONAVIRUS STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUNDS (SLFRF) AUTHORIZED BY THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the City Manager to reallocate the remaining SLFRF as necessary to obligate all funding by December 31, 2024; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to award and approve any and all purchases and execute any and all agreements for products and services within the remaining SLFRF balance, following the City's procurement requirements, by December 31, 2024.
