4-C. PUBLIC HEARING AND APPROVAL OF THE 2024-2025 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AS REQUIRED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT, AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAMS It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Opening the public hearing to receive public input and testimony; (2) Approving the Program Year (PY) 2024-25 Action Plan and funding Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) allocations totaling approximately $855,030.33, and authorizing submission of the PY 2024-25 Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); (3) Authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to take all actions necessary or desirable to implement the Annual Action Plan, and Subrecipient Agreements; and (4) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
